Pricing
Transparent prices in dollars: a monthly subscription plus a one-time fee. No hidden charges — everything is fixed in the contract.
How much does a website for a dental clinic cost
The price has two parts: a one-off payment for development and launch, and a monthly subscription for running the service, hosting and support. Both amounts are fixed in the contract and don't change for its duration.
We don't do "a quote after the brief" and we don't quote a price range. Below are the exact amounts for three packages.

Start — $19/month + $299
A clinic website with online booking, a mobile version, a services section and doctor profile cards. Hosting, domain, SSL and technical support are included in the price. Suits a clinic that has no website at all, or has an outdated one you can't book an appointment through. Details are on the dental website page.
Business — $39/month + $499
Everything from the "Start" package plus a Telegram bot: round-the-clock booking, reminders the day before a visit, answers to common questions, post-visit review collection, and personal treatment plans for patients. This is the most common choice: the website brings the patient in, the bot gets them to the chair and brings them back again.
Maximum — $49/month + $699
Everything from the "Business" package plus the owner's dashboard — revenue, doctor utilisation, booking sources and no-shows on one self-updating screen. Plus priority technical support. For the owner who wants to run the clinic by the numbers, not by gut feel.
What's included in the monthly payment
The subscription isn't a fee "for the sake of it". It includes:
- Website hosting, domain name and SSL certificate
- Technical support — we handle edits and questions about how the website runs, so there's no need to find a separate specialist
- Updates and upkeep of the bot and dashboard in the relevant packages
You don't need to arrange anything separately with a hosting provider, renew the domain, or watch the certificate's expiry date.
What's not included
To be upfront about the boundaries, so there are no surprises:
- Advertising budget — payment for Google Ads or other channels is made directly by the clinic
- Professional photography of the clinic and doctors
- Running social media and writing content for it
- Licences for the practice management system being integrated with
Terms and timelines
Launch takes up to 21 working days from the start of the project. The work is carried out under an official contract. Prices are stated in dollars and fixed by the contract — they aren't revised for its duration.
In every package, only the clinic owner has access to patients' personal data.

How to choose a package
The three packages cover three different situations, and the simplest approach is to go not by features but by what's actually hurting in the clinic's day-to-day work right now.
- "Start" suits a clinic with no website at all, or one where it's impossible to book an appointment through the existing site — there's no booking form, it doesn't work, or it just leads to a phone number the visitor still has to find on the page.
- "Business" is worth considering if there's already a flow of enquiries and the receptionist physically can't keep up with them, and some of the calls and messages come in the evening, at weekends or at night, when there's no receptionist on duty and the patient goes to a competitor who replied faster.
- "Maximum" makes sense if the clinic has several doctors, runs paid advertising, and the owner needs to understand which channel — the website, the bot or advertising — is actually bringing in patients, rather than guessing from gut feel or overall revenue.
There's no need to start with the fullest set of features straight away. Moving between packages is available later: a clinic can start with the website and add the bot or dashboard once the need for them becomes clear from actual work, rather than from predictions made in advance.
Why a subscription, not a one-off payment
A website isn't a document you make once and forget. For it to keep working, you need to pay for hosting and the domain, watch the SSL certificate's expiry date, update the system, and fix whatever breaks after browser updates or updates to the practice management system it's integrated with. All of this is ongoing work, not a one-off action, and someone has to do it.
If you only pay for development as a one-off, a year later the clinic is left with a website nobody is looking after: hosting and the domain need renewing on your own, so does the certificate, and any breakage has to be sorted out with a new contractor who first has to figure out someone else's code before fixing anything. The one-off payment in our packages covers the website's development and launch. The monthly subscription covers the work after launch specifically — support, hosting, domain, SSL and timely fixes, so the clinic doesn't have to look for a separate specialist for every little thing.
What affects the launch timeline
Launch takes up to 21 working days, but that's an upper limit, not a fixed term for every project. The real speed depends not only on us, but also on how quickly the clinic provides the materials needed to populate the website.
Without these materials, the team simply can't start filling in the pages, so launch waits on the clinic rather than the other way round. Launch requires:
- A list of services with prices
- Photos and details of doctors — names, specialisations, work experience
- Domain access
- Access to the practice management system, if integration with booking is needed
In practice, clinics take the longest preparing photos of doctors and a finally approved price list: the photoshoot gets pushed back, and prices are still being confirmed with several doctors at once, with the document reworked several times. Access to the domain or the practice management system is usually handed over quickly, since it's a technical matter of a single day. The faster the photos are gathered and the price list agreed, the closer the real launch date comes to 21 working days, rather than that plus weeks of waiting for materials.
